Trading competition update to rules

We have to change the rules of the competition a little bit. This is only our second competition so of course we have some things we have to work out.

The demo account doesn't keep track of the profits and losses of each trade at the end of the day.

Some of the other traders didn't post all of their entry and exit points for some of their trades.

To determine the winner for this competition and all competitions moving forward we will take the total profit in the demo account and take the average of the margin for each market and each lost used.

So for example if you have a total profit in your account of $2,000 and you traded one lot of gold (margin $8,500) and one lot of corn (margin $1,770) we will take the average margin of the two lots which is $5,135.

We'll take the profit ($2,000) and divide that into the average margin ($5,135) so the return is 38%.
